Boon Brown has been working within the healthcare sector for many years, and has particular experience with primary and acute care clients.
We have undertaken feasibility studies for new build facilities that include consultations with local councils, PCTs, patient bodies and doctors and staff. We have also designed and planned the redevelopment and renovation of existing facilities.
Always, we apply our knowledge and experience to create safe, welcoming and efficient working and healing environments for patients and staff.
In recent years, we have expanded into related sectors, including retirement villages, sheltered housing and assisted living, residential care homes and care communities, nursing homes, and communities offering extra care and dementia care services.
We have been fortunate to work with some of the most forward-thinking developers in the sector, leading to designs that, inside and out, support, enhance and accentuate the wellbeing of the end users, creating communities and responding to individual needs.
We work to relevant technical design standards, including CQC – Care Quality Commission, University of Stirling – Gold Standard, HTM/ HBN Standards – Department of Health, and HAPPI – Housing our Ageing Population: Panel for Innovation.
