Responsibilities

• The creation and development of design proposals and planning applications through to technical specifications, tender packages, and detailed construction drawings. Primary focus of RIBA work stages 3-5.
• Actively engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and other construction professionals.
• Ensure the high-quality delivery of written and drawn information.
• Carry out designer CDM responsibilities.
• Attend and help with site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections.
•  Being part of a cohesive team, involved with mentoring and supporting our colleagues, to grow and learn together.

Requirements

• Be highly motivated, organised with excellent communication skills.
• Be CIAT registered.
• Have a strong construction knowledge and a mindset to develop this skill base.
• Have current working knowledge of sustainable, low carbon building technologies.
• Have at least 3 years UK office based, post qualification experience.
• Be skilled in the use of AutoCAD. Experience with Revit in addition will be advantageous.
