Chelsea Reach is the redevelopment of the Mecca Bingo Hall site in Fulham to provide 42 residential apartments, 2,700 sq ft street front retail and a basement car park.

The façade of this building comprises a rain screen hung coloured terracotta tiled cladding set to subtle curves and recesses to create a bold design in this otherwise traditional street scene of London stock brick and shop-fronts.

Set in an affluent area of south-west London, the apartments & penthouses are finished to a high specification and bespoke design to achieve high value sales.

The development was a complex infill to achieve maximum height & density in the enclosed site.
