Single storey extension to Grade II Listed building
The existing conservatory adjoining the southern elevation of Grade ll listed Coombe Brook was replaced with a bespoke side extension. This allowed for improvement to the existing living accommodation whilst improving the aesthetic of the exterior with a complimentary contrasting extension.
The sympathetically designed single-storey extension represents a modern interpretation of the original design which complements the old features and character of the house whilst respecting the scale and symmetry associated with the nature of this period.
The extension has been set to be subservient to the main house to retain its character.
Living accommodation is enhanced by the provision of a light and airy kitchen and family room which forms the new heart of the house.
