Oliver joined Boon Brown in 2016 to set up a Landscape department as part of the company’s continuing expansion. Oliver is a Landscape Architect and Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute, offering Boon Brown a professional Landscape Design service that works alongside and compliments the Architectural and Planning departments. With a passion for design and the environment, he is keen to promote a strategic and holistic approach to each and every project.
During the past ten years, Oliver has worked within a busy, expanding Landscape Architectural practice in Central London. He has gained a wealth of experience of both public- and private-sector developments, from small bespoke projects to large-scale, high-profile urban regeneration schemes. Notably, he was part of the winning bid team for the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station, the regeneration of the Alma Estate in Enfield and the South Thames College development in Wandsworth.
Oliver is a talented designer and plantsman and has extensive experience working with, co-ordinating and managing large multi-disciplinary consultant teams. He has an excellent knowledge of materials and construction techniques, as well as a sharp eye for identifying simple and elegant solutions to complex construction issues.
Oliver is also the co-founder of ‘SkyCycle’, a revolutionary concept idea, which would transform commuting in the capital with the creation of a network of cycle paths high above the streets of London.
