North Leaze House represents a project were all of BoonBrown’s professional services where brought together to create a magnificent farm house.
The client required a house on the main farm site to both live and manage the farming enterprise. BoonBrown planning team successfully put forward the case for an agriculturally tied dwelling demonstrating a functional need and financial viability and planning permission was gained in 2012.
BoonBrown architects worked closely with the client family over a number of iterations until a design was agreed which provides a domestic scale living environment for the family alongside an impressive venue to entertain clients and suppliers.
BoonBrown architectural technologists provided working drawings and technical solutions throughout the build process resulting in a timely and on budget delivery of a house that will remain of gem of the rural landscape for centuries.
