Appointed as Project Architect and Town Planning Consultant, BoonBrown prepared an outline application for circa 80 dwellings west of North Cadbury, Somerset.

The development is accessed via a new road which forms a new junction to the A359. The development includes an open space and is divided into distinct neighborhoods which reflect rural architectural styles including; barns, stables, cottages and farmhouses.
