Graduate Landscape Architect

BoonBrown is seeking a passionate and committed Graduate Landscape Architect for a full-time role within our new London based Studio. The candidate should have a flare for design and should have good oral, communication and sketching skills and as well as being proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and MS Office software.

BoonBrown is an established multi-disciplinarian award winning design practice with studios in both Somerset and London. With some 40 employees it is a busy thriving workplace where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with not only our Landscape Architects but also our Architects and Town Planners. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a young and expanding Landscape Practice in London, where candidates have the opportunity to grow and flourish within the wider company.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the landscape team, working on a number of exciting projects at varying scales and at different design stages, from concept to planning through to tender and contract implementation. Many of the projects are in collaboration with our architects who we work closely with; an emphasis on teamwork is essential for this role.

Requirements

  • A relevant professional degree and have a desire to enrol on the Pathway to Chartership (if not already done so).
  • At least one year post qualification experience.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite package.
  • Knowledge of 3D software such as Sketch Up would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
  • Excellent design and communication skills with a strong hand sketching ability.
