Colindale Gardens, a Redrow development located in North London, occupies the former Peel Centre site, once a training facility for the London Metropolitan Police. Covering approximately 20.35 hectares, this ambitious project aims to create 4,000 new homes, complemented by a neighbourhood centre spanning around 10,000 square meters.

UNCLE Colindale (Block A) comprises 347 apartments including studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom options spread over 11 storeys. Amenities include a 24/7 gym, co-working lounge, meeting spaces and onsite parking.

BoonBrown was appointed for the role of project architect for technical design through to completion, RIBA work stages 4-6.
