Town Planning

We are a team of ex-local planning authority Chartered Town Planners offering independent and objective planning advice. Issues covered include, residential strategy, affordable homes and bespoke living, commercial expansion and change of use along with full range of enforcement issues. We look behind a project and to each side before finding a justified way forward that we can enthusiastically support through public consultation and Council meetings. We rarely need to go to appeal, but of course we do that too.
