The £49.1 million development comprised of 239 residential dwellings, 1,467m² (15,800 sq ft) of flexible commercial and community space.

BoonBrown was appointed as the lead consultant architect and landscape architect and principal designer from technical design through to project completion, RIBA stages 4-6.

Part of our role as project landscape architect was to re-design the large podium-level communal areas and public realm, including a Civic Square and Bridleway as part of the S106 & S278 works.
