Overview
At Putney Green School, a mixed-use scheme combining a new primary school with a five-storey residential development presented an opportunity to create a landscape that would support both community life and biodiversity. Working across RIBA Stages 1-5, BoonBrown developed a landscape strategy that balances the practical needs of a busy urban development with the creation of welcoming green spaces rich in ecological value.
A Landscape Designed Around People and Place

Our landscape proposals included new access routes and footpaths that improve movement throughout the site while creating stronger connections between the school, residential development and neighbouring green spaces. The result is an environment that is accessible, welcoming and easy to navigate for pupils, residents and visitors alike.
